Save the Day
 The Save The Day program supports essential Red Cross disaster services by inviting local businesses and organizations to contribute to the local relief efforts of the American Red Cross of Greater Columbus.
Our Save The Day sponsors help to provide a strong foundation for our local disaster services program by
helping keep our emergency response vehicles running, supplies well stocked, Disaster Action Teams mobilized and provide relief to families in need.
Many families affected by disaster have no insurance to replace lost possessions. Often, they are struggling to simply meet their most basic necessities. Our Save the Day sponsors help these families retain stability, avoid homelessness and get back on their feet. Additionally, by supporting this campaign they will help the Red Cross build capacity to ensure an effective community response following a disaster and educate our citizens on how to avoid becoming victims and cope effectively when disasters can’t be avoided.
