Partners in Hope

The American Red Cross of Greater Columbus is fortunate and grateful to have a dedicated group of donors who have chosen to contribute to our chapter on an ongoing and predictable basis. These select donors are part of a special group called Partners in Hope.

Partners in Hope have agreed to donate an amount of money each month in order to provide our chapter with a steady and reliable source of income--a source of income that not only enables us to provide relief immediately when disasters occur, but also to prepare for disasters and emergencies to help minimize their impact.

We invite you to join Partners in Hope today because it is a great way for you to enhance and extend the impact of your gifts to the American Red Cross of Greater Columbus.

Partners in Hope benefits both you and the Red Cross. For you, it makes giving easier and more convenient, with no more checks to write or envelopes to mail. For the Red Cross, it is more cost effective since it cuts down on administrative, postage and material costs, which means more of your donation can support our programs and services. Also, because we can count on your gift each month, we can more effectively and efficiently budget our limited resources.

Partners in Hope is safe and flexible. The automatic transfer of funds is safer than mailing cash or checks. Your donations will be verified each month on your bank or credit card statement and our chapter will send you a statement outlining all of your gifts annually in January. You also may discontinue the program or change your gift amount anytime by notifying us.

To become a member of Partners in Hope you select an amount that fits your budget (minimum $10 a month) and authorize the American Red Cross of Greater Columbus to transfer this amount directly from your checking or savings account or charge your credit card each month.

Please remember that the size of your contribution is not as important as the regularity of it. Even $10 or $15 can have an enormous impact on our work when it arrives in dependable monthly installments.

If you opt for transfers from your bank account, why not enclose a check for your first monthly donation? A monthly gift of $25, $20, or $10 would make a huge difference to the people we serve in our community each and every day.
