- In his 31st year with the ARC in Columbus, Ohio.
- Became Chief Financial Officer for the American Red Cross of Greater Columbus and the American Red Cross Blood Services Central Ohio Region in 1981.
- From 1995 to the present, COO of the American Red Cross of Greater Columbus covering Fayette, Franklin, Madison and Pickaway counties. In 2007, appointed Regional CFO for the Central-Southeast Ohio Regional comprised of fifteen ARC chapters.
- Proud recipient of the inaugural Business First CFO of the Year award for small nonprofits in 2009.
